Appointment and cancellation policy
Appointments are scheduled at preferred times. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will be charged 50% of the total cost. Exceptions considered for emergencies only. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your spa appointment. Late arrivals are deducted from your scheduled time and charged for the entire session.
